Delivery
- Free UK delivery on orders over £80. Under that, standard delivery is £4.
- Order by 2pm on a weekday and we send it the same day, tracked, in our midnight box.
- Engraved pieces leave the studio within 48 hours.
- We ship to the EU, the US and Australia from £12, with duties paid at checkout.
Returns
- Send any unworn piece back within 30 days for a full refund. Returns in the UK are free.
- Engraved pieces are made for you, so we cannot take them back unless they arrive faulty.
- Rings resize free within 30 days. Send it back with the size you need.
Ring sizes
Measure the inside of a ring that fits the finger you want, edge to edge, and match it below. Between two sizes, choose the larger.

Caring for vermeil
Vermeil is a thick layer of 18k gold over sterling silver. Take it off to swim or shower, keep it dry, and polish with the cloth in your box. Store each piece in its pouch so chains do not tangle.
